Green forests let our planet breathe

Ever since you are little you have being told that the rainforests are the lungs and heart of our planet and that is nothing but the truth. In fact without those essential spaces we would not have anything to breathe. With the developments of our cities or so called megalopolis, we need more and more living space and with green areas, let's think about it. The vital space in major cities is so small that is ridiculous, try to go take a look at an apartment in one of the major cities and you will see what i mean!

Look at this beautiful rain forest, is still untouched and we must be more active in keeping these spaces intact, with a respectful development of new factories for producing energy, we all know that the demand of energy is growing but at the same time we must be conscious that we cannot cannibalize our planet to the root! I found this article about rainforests very interesting and thought to share it. See you soon with another update guys!!

Water is still the greatest resource

In our day and age sometimes we forget that the most simple things are still the best and on of them is water, seems to be a simplicistic thing to say but without water there is no agriculture, without agriculture there is no life, To keep our water resources we need to do more recycling to keep a better environment and be responsible

Many major companies are responsible in regards to water management and recently my attention came at Severn Trent Water, whose non-executive director is Andrew Duff, the firm serves over 8 million customers across the heart of the UK, stretching from the Bristol Channel to the Humber, and from mid-Wales to the East Midlands. This company is really active and is doing a very good effort in keeping our environment clean.

Water, when i think about that we need it, you cannot stop thinking about the energy of the sun as well, is just like ice and fire, they go hand in hand together and they existed since the beginning of times.

Personal Solar Panels Is An Efficient Solution

Since the other day we discussed about the massive project which involved the "theory" of building a very large solar panel square in the desert, we can point out the importance of using solar panels to personal houses. I have noticed that in the countryside this is a very well adopted solution and the great fact is that when a house becomes independent in creating energy per se, then it can put back into the system the excess of energy and sell it to the electrical comopany present in that area. Probably this does not happen in all countries but we have several examples of that and is probably the future. True there is a start up investment for the solar panels at the beginning but in the medium long term it will be totally paid off itself.

Project to build solar panels in the desert?

One of the most interesting aspects of energy is that it can be generated from various sources and such sources imply different interests, always related with money and politics most of the time. A couple of years ago there was a big project under consideration and development that wanted to join together hands from several countries (in Europe) with the common goal to provide energy to Europe by using a massive solar panels installment in the desert of north africa and middle east and this would largely cover the need of electricity of Europe if i am not mistaken.

Now i am not too sure but i have never heard anything else about this and in relation with power i think that is a good debate and yet again another occasion where we can clearly see that there are big interests behind it, so with that in mind they do not want to develop it. Agreed, is a large project that requires a substantial investment but in the long term it would provide energy and most importantly, CLEAN energy.

To green or not to green?

I guess that the topic is always current because more and more people want to be green, save the planet and also save some money in our everydays bills, but is it worth it if the majority of people still don't care? There should be more awareness of environmental problems, such as chemical and nuclear companies doing the right thing, if they choose to go down that road, they should do it right and minimize risks of accidents.
